Private investor Michael Aryeh of 201 West 87 LLC has purchased the 56-room Haverford Hotel for $5.8 million, or approximately $103,571 per room. The 19,200-square-foot building is at 201 W. 87th St. on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. It was built in 1920. It was reported that the buyer would hold the property, which includes a little less than an acre of land, as a future development site. Mary Willison of Eastern Consolidated represented the buyer, while Daniel Glaser and Sam Schneider of Eastern Consolidated represented the seller. The property traded with a 3.5% capitalization rate.
